• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on database or query engine internals.
• Proven expertise in developing query planners, optimizers, and execution engines.
• Advanced proficiency in Java or C++ and deep understanding of systems programming.
• Hands-on experience with columnar data formats such as Parquet or Iceberg.
• Strong knowledge of query engine frameworks like Apache Calcite, Spark Catalyst, or Impala.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
