EPAM Systems is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to bridge software development and operations, automating tasks and keeping production environments resilient and scalable.

You will design cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement robust monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, while collaborating with developers to ensure high availability and safe deployments.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in systems administration, DevOps, or related software.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Go, or Rust).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux/Unix admin skills and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/SSL).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and tasks.
• Design and implement logging, monitoring, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
• Set and monitor SLOs/SLIs; respond to incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize performance and capacity planning.
• Ensure services scale to handle growth and traffic spikes.
• Participate in blameless post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
