Infosys is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure reliability, availability and performance of digital services in production. The role focuses on automation, observability, and proactive reliability practices, collaborating with application and platform teams.

The SRE will define SLIs/SLOs, monitor health, manage incidents, and drive remediation to reduce toil and improve stability across production systems.

Formación

• Proven experience as SRE, Production Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong background in production systems and reliability engineering.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and maintain SLIs and SLOs.
• Continuously monitor service health and anticipate degradations.
• Lead or coordinate incidents (L2/L3) with blameless postmortems.
• Identify repetitive tasks and design automation for deployments, monitoring, and recovery.
• Support change governance and ensure production readiness with rollback strategies.
