Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Shelling Plant Manager to lead our shelling operations with full accountability for production performance, safety, and continuous improvement. You will optimize resources, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with food safety and environmental standards.

You will develop people, manage budgets, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, HR and Finance to deliver results aligned with Ferrero's standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing or production plants with continuous improvement focus.
• Strong leadership, change management and people management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shelling plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety and cost objectives.
• Optimize labor, machinery, utilities and production methods to maximize efficiency.
• Drive SQCDME KPIs (Safety, Quality & Food Safety, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, Energy and Environment).
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, food safety and continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational trends and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development and technical training initiatives.
• Manage resources required for production growth and continuity.
• Ensure GMP, food safety requirements and corporate policies are met.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, HR, Finance, IT and Procurement teams.
