BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) to optimize global payroll systems and configurations. You will serve as the technical anchor for payroll modules, ensuring compliance and peak performance across platforms.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end payroll processes, configuring Core HR and time tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy enhancements. This role is 100% remote with USD or local currency compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or in a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Configuration and managing complex payroll processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday Core HR Configuration.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday Absence Management and Workday Time Tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end payroll solutions and business processes.
• Manage system configurations for Core HR, absence tracking, and time management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and act as the key point of contact for payroll systems support.
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with local and international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and support continuous system enhancements.
