BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) to oversee and optimize payroll systems for our global operations. You will serve as the technical anchor for payroll modules and ensure data integrity and compliance across regions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or in a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Configuration and managing complex payroll processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday Core HR Configuration.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday Absence Management and Workday Time Tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end payroll solutions and business processes.
• Manage system configurations for Core HR, absence tracking, and time management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and act as the key point of contact for payroll systems support.
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with local and international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and support continuous system enhancements.
