Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
- Experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
- Experience with adoption-driven programs (content rollout, framework adoption, or training).
- Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical programs end-to-end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Deliver executive-level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery.
- Support adoption-driven initiatives, ensuring successful rollout and uptake across teams.
