BairesDev is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, bridging strategy and execution in a fully remote environment. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and define roadmaps aligned with the organization's long-term technology goals while mitigating risks and accelerating delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy and ability to define and drive technical strategy at scale.
• Hands-on experience with cross-team coordination and program management frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
