Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Planning to lead transformation workstreams for clients in natural resources, including mining, pulp & paper, and chemicals. You will own client relationships, shape solutions, and ensure delivery of measurable business impact.

Formación

• 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning with consulting or transformation leadership
• Experience in natural resources or process industries with asset-intensive operations
• Track record of leading multi-workstream projects and managing senior stakeholders
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive data-driven analyses and actionable recommendations
• Experience mentoring project teams
• Advanced English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Planning transformation engagements, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risk
• Serve as the primary client relationship owner at senior/executive levels
• Direct diagnostics of planning maturity and build business cases for change
• Define target operating models, governance structures, and implementation roadmaps
• Oversee development of complex analyses and scenario models for high-stakes decisions
• Lead executive workshops and steering committee presentations
• Guide APS implementations and ensure solutions fit industry realities
• Manage and develop project teams and transfer knowledge to clients
• Support account growth and business development within the client relationship
