Natural Resources Industry Expertise

Understanding of end-to-end value chains in mining, pulp & paper, and/or chemicals — from raw material extraction/sourcing through processing, production, and distribution to export/domestic markets; Familiarity with sector-specific planning challenges: forestry/fiber supply planning, mine-to-port logistics, batch/continuous process constraints, sustainability and ESG considerations in planning decisions; Knowledge of commodity market dynamics and their impact on planning and S&OP processes.
