Evalueserve is seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our Risk & Quant Solutions team in Chile. You will support and develop market risk applications for a top US financial institution, collaborating with a global team of professionals.

The role emphasizes SQL Server development, SSIS, ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and incident resolution, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to interact across borders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Development, Application Support or Production Support environments, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational/dimensional databases and data warehouses.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and development of store procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft SSIS Packages.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT and DWH concepts.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Tidal.
• Experience documenting operational design flows and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Write database code using SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Functions, CTE queries, DML commands).
• Improve and Check Processes performance on SQL Server (Execution Plan, Indexes).
• Develop and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
• Provide support for market risk applications, including monitoring, incident resolution, and problem management.
• Manage data pipelines and scheduled jobs.
• Handle business-critical incidents, including stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews.
• Document operational procedures, workflows, and technical solutions.
