BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security & Kubernetes Engineer to embed advanced security practices into our platform products. You will lead secure architectures for containerized workloads and drive robust IAM, encryption, and IaC solutions across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or related role.
• Proven expertise securing containerized workloads and Kubernetes security architectures.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform or Helm.
• Solid IAM, encryption, and secrets management knowledge.
• Ability to define secure engineering standards and mentor teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-product security architecture initiatives and define secure engineering standards.
• Secure containerized workloads and design resilient Kubernetes security architectures.
• Automate and manage security configurations using Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement and govern robust identity, access management, and encryption strategies.
• Mentor development teams on secure coding practices and drive high-impact security solutions.
