Infosys Chile is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 10+ years of HR technology experience and SAP HCM/SuccessFactors expertise to support global HR transformation for a leading international airline.
The role requires strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, global HR processes, lifecycle management, integrations and stakeholder management, and experience delivering large multinational projects.
Competenze
- Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation experience.
- Proven experience delivering global SuccessFactors projects.

Experience supporting large multinational organizations, preferably within aviation, transportation, or highly regulated industries, is highly desirable. The consultant will collaborate with global business stakeholders, HR leadership, IT teams, and third-party vendors to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Design and optimize processes covering, Hire-to-Retire. Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Planning Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning
- Participate in all project phases: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare Support, Lead UAT sessions and business demonstrations, Support change management and end-user adoption initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources., Business Administration, Related field

- Experience supporting American Airlines, Delta, United Airlines, LATAM, Avianca, or other large international airlines.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP AI Business Services.
- Experience with HR Shared Services transformation programs.
