Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to design, configure, test, deploy, and stabilize SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional, technical, and integration teams to deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance that supports financial operations and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP consulting, deep FI/CO expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Extensive experience with SAP FI and strong knowledge of SAP CO.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes.
• Experience supporting: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting and Cash Management, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, Closing and Financial Reporting Processes.
• Experience performing fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing strategy definition, deployment planning, and stabilization support.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance integration with: SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP Project Systems (PS), Treasury and Banking Processes.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test documentation, and business process documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multinational project teams and business stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO functional workstreams in implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP FI and CO processes.
• Configure and support: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Financial Closing Processes, Financial Reporting.
• Validate integrations between SAP Finance and other SAP modules.
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, project managers, developers, integration architects, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.
• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap workshops, solution design sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Execute and support Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Investigate and resolve functional defects and production issues.
• Support user training, knowledge transfer, cutover planning, and production readiness activities.
• Provide go-live support, hypercare, defect resolution, issue management, and production stabilization.
