Importante empresa del sector in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Senior – SAP BASIS / Cloud to lead cloud operations and SAP landscape management for clients worldwide.

The role focuses on SAP Basis administration, HANA migrations, S/4HANA deployments, and collaboration with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services teams to ensure service delivery, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction in a remote work setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP consulting or technical SAP administration.
• Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• Experience with SAP HANA Database migrations and upgrades.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of Cloud architecture and IT infrastructure.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in direct customer interaction and technical project management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the technical relationship with customers and ensure compliance with contracted services.
• Coordinate solution delivery together with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services teams.
• Administer SAP Basis platforms and participate in SAP HANA migrations and upgrades.
• Manage infrastructure improvements for Cloud customers.
• Lead incident resolution and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with SLAs.
• Support technical projects throughout their implementation and operational lifecycle.
