Akuo Energy is seeking a Development Manager to coordinate wind, solar and storage project development from origination through permitting and project financing. You will report to the Country Manager and collaborate with the Project Management Team.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in energy development (renewables), strong knowledge of development processes and institutions, fluency in Spanish and English, and readiness to travel monthly. French is a plus.

Formación

• 5–7 years of energy development experience, preferably in renewables.
• Extensive knowledge of the development process and its institutions (CEN, CNE, SEC, etc.) and public/private PPA markets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate wind, solar and storage project development from origination through permitting and project financing.
• Secure new opportunities and oversee negotiations with landowners, PPAs and asset agreements.
• Establish and monitor development budgets and schedules; manage multidisciplinary teams.
