Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Project Lead to act as the principal client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within cost, with emphasis on quality, sustainability, and safety.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team through design, permitting, procurement and construction, applying pre- and post-contract lifecycle expertise and engaging with clients and senior management to drive outcomes.

Formación

• Extensive experience delivering major projects and programmes.
• Data Centre experience preferred.
• Experience to include SPM -Project Lead within a PMC, EPCM, Construction Management Environment or as a General Contractor.
• Experienced with requirements of Quality, Health & Safety on a construction site.
• Understanding of project controls methodology, able to develop and manage a construction schedule/ programme and direct others in the use of various software.
• Independent.
• Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
• Mandatory English.
