You will work with Cost Managers, Project Managers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure accurate financial information and timely project delivery.

• 1–3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering support, contract administration or related field.
• Experience supporting large capital projects in construction, engineering, or infrastructure preferred.
• Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting activities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain contract tracking and approval workflows.
• Support budget and cost review meetings to document risks and issues.
• Coordinate invoices and payment applications with contractors and vendors.
• Produce weekly risk status reports and update action items.
• Develop dashboards and reports on project financial performance.
