Fluor Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Information/Automation professional to manage knowledge management, EDMS setup, and cross-discipline automation coordination across project offices and construction sites.

You will work with clients, management, and SME/PIM to analyze workflows, define electronic interactions, and ensure timely project turnover. A four-year degree with substantial experience is required, with a focus on governance, security, and data quality.

Formación

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and seven (7) years of work-related experience, or eleven (11) years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Knowledge of project information management and automation concepts.
• Familiarity with local statutory guidelines and document control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support knowledge management portals and communities for Fluor.
• Collaborate with client, project management, SME/PIM to analyze work processes and define electronic interactions.
• Coordinate automation scope, services, budget, and schedule with senior PIM; oversee cross-discipline automation coordination.
• Assist with EDMS requirements in partnership with PDC and PAS teams.
• Support implementation of production facilities and field offices; help configure ER project procedures.
