APPLY, the Agentic Customer Experience partner, is seeking an experienced Payroll & People Operations lead to join our global team. You will oversee payroll administration, manage HiBob for a multi-jurisdiction setup, and design onboarding journeys to deliver engaging, compliant experiences.

You will own data dashboards, support audits, and collaborate with leadership to translate HRIS data into strategic insights.

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll and People Ops experience, with 2+ years at Senior level.
• Experience with Chilean, USA and Canadian payroll; UK experience desired.
• Proven track record in payroll audits and GL reconciliations.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle across international jurisdictions.
• Expert-level HiBob administration or similar HRIS.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and validation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage HiBob administration, data quality audits, and workflow enhancements.
• Own onboarding design and end-to-end experience delivery for new hires.
• Handle Leave of Absence requests per global policy and compliance.
• Serve as tier-2 escalation for POps issues and audits.
• Develop dashboards and insights from HRIS data for leadership.
