BairesDev is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake) to design and optimize robust data pipelines within a Snowflake environment. You will coordinate technical efforts and align engineering work with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering, Snowflake expertise, strong SQL, and experience mentoring teammates. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Proven Snowflake expertise with Snowpipe ingestion.
• Strong SQL skills and experience developing stored procedures.
• Experience delivering projects using Jira and mentoring teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and continuous ingestion workflows.
• Develop, optimize, and manage SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery using agile project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical specifications with business objectives.
