Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build dbt models and Snowflake data layers that power analytics and AI-driven experiences. You will shape dimensional models, medallion architecture, and semantic views to enable scalable, trustworthy data across teams.

You'll work hands-on with GTM and CRM data, implement tests and documentation, and collaborate with a global, remote-first team delivering impact for partners and clients worldwide.

• Expert-level SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Background in dimensional modeling (star schemas).
• Hands-on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

Senior Analytics Engineer – dbt & Snowflake at BairesDev

In this role, you'll model raw GTM and CRM data into curated, well-tested Snowflake layers that power analytics and AI-driven experiences. This is a hands-on position where your dimensional modeling and dbt practices directly shape the data other teams build on. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain production dbt models on Snowflake.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with strong proficiency in dbt and Snowflake.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Background in dimensional modeling, including star schemas and conformed dimensions.
• Hands-on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Familiarity with semantic layer development, including metric definitions and semantic views.
• Experience modeling conversation transcripts or unstructured text for analytics.
• Knowledge of dbt testing, validation, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, including verified queries and agent-facing datasets.
• Background in Snowflake governance, including tagging, masking policies, and row access.
• Experience modeling GTM and CRM data (Salesforce, Gong, activity logs).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Proficiency in Python and Airflow.
• Familiarity with Iceberg table formats.
• Experience with data quality monitoring and anomaly checks.
• Exposure to revenue operations or sales analytics domains.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tooling.
• BS in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
