Job summary

Fortrea Chile Limitada is seeking a senior clinical operations leader to oversee local regulatory and trial activities in accordance with ICH GCP and country regulations. You will lead country-level commitments, manage cross-functional teams, and build relationships with investigators and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, compliance, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution.
• Fluent in local office language and in English, both written and verbal.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performance accountability for assigned protocols and country compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations.
• POC for assigned protocols; drives execution, tracks timelines and budgets.
• Quality oversight: CRAs/CTCs, training compliance, QC visits.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams; country-level stakeholder engagement.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align with regional operations.
