Precision Medicine Group in Chile is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support critical studies across Chile with remote work options. Responsibilities include start-up, site management, monitoring visits, and mentoring junior staff to ensure data quality and patient safety.

The role requires 5+ years as a CRA, strong regulatory and ICH-GCP knowledge, and excellent English communication. This position offers remote work in Chile and collaboration with global study teams.

Formación

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 5+ years as a CRA in CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry or equivalent.
• Significant site management experience or equivalent in clinical research.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing at the English proficiently (Professional level).

Responsabilidades

• Independently oversees all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality.
• Provides guidance toward audit readiness standards and supports audit preparation.
• Manages site start up procedures including investigator feasibility and regulatory submissions.
• Performs pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits in line with protocol and ICH-GCP.
