Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking an SEO Strategist for Senior Living. You will own search for a portfolio of senior living clients, defining the technical roadmap, content priorities and the ranking narrative when asked what moved.

You’ll be the strategic voice guiding decisions and calls. You will drive technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content prioritization with writers and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
