Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Preference for background in a top-tier law firm or leading international/regional practice.
• Strong ability to own mandates end-to-end across corporate, commercial and regulatory domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring and market entry strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, and partnership contracts).
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and translate developments into actionable guidance.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient legal outcomes.
