4Degrees is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join quickly, ramp into an existing product, and own meaningful projects. This role fits someone who loves blending an established product with startup ownership and plenty to invent.

You'll work across the product to build AI-powered workflows, advance the relationship intelligence platform, and reimagine CRM workflows with automation and natural language interfaces, contributing end-to-end on backend and frontend layers.

Formación

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Significant experience with Python on the backend.
• Comfortable with JavaScript on the frontend.
• Strong SQL/database skills.
• Ability to debug production issues in a mature codebase.
• Good design judgment and architectural thinking.
• High ownership and independent execution.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered workflows that derive actionable insights from CRM data.
• Advance the relationship intelligence platform by describing who knows whom and relationship strengths.
• Reimagine CRM workflows to automate updates and support natural language interfaces.
• Develop end-to-end product experiences, from backend APIs to the UI.
• Improve performance, data reliability, and scale of the SaaS product.
• Collaborate closely with founders and the product team to ship meaningful features.
