Job summary

Partner company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer in Chile to own backend development, infrastructure, and high-impact features from concept to launch. The role emphasizes building scalable backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and contributing to frontend using React/Next.js.

You will work in a lean team with autonomous decision-making, collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture, and drive AI-native engineering practices and cloud infrastructure improvements for growth,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend/full-stack experience with strong backend focus.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design, and DB optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated tests (unit/integration/end-to-end).
• Familiarity with AI-powered tooling and agentic coding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development through full lifecycle from ideation to release and analysis.
• Research market trends and propose features to improve user acquisition and retention.
• Build robust backend services with Node.js/TypeScript; contribute to frontend when needed.
• Collaborate on architecture and design to support scalability and growth.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Help establish AI-native engineering practices and tooling.
