Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering with a proven track record of building scalable systems.
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager, managing distributed teams under high-pressure delivery cycles.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Node.js.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end execution of complex digital products.
• Maintain architectural oversight and standards enforcement.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers.
