Ring Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager in Santiago, Chile, who is responsible for the execution of complex digital products. This role requires extensive experience in software engineering, leadership, and direct engagement with C-level executives. Candidates should have proven skills in Java, Python, or Node.js, along with a solid understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures. This is a 100% remote position offering growth opportunities and a collaborative international team environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering with a proven track record of building scalable systems.
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager managing distributed teams.
• Deep, hands-on experience with at least one core stack: Java, Python, or Node.js.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain hands-on depth to challenge architectural proposals and jump into the codebase.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, code quality practices, and delivery cadences.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of 8-15 engineers.
