Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator (Electrical) to lead the estimate development with the project team, guiding the total project estimate and risk analysis. You will maintain local rate libraries and ensure cost contingency recommendations align with project objectives.

The role rewards seasoned professionals with 10+ years in construction estimating, experience with Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX, and a construction-related degree.

Formación

• Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment.
• Have demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight , or CostX.
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.
• Are RICS , CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help !
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Are detail orientated and quality focused.
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates
