Redtree Engineering, part of CSI's global network, seeks a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Chile and contribute to high-impact national and international projects. You will learn from senior engineers and develop hands-on skills in power generation and infrastructure engineering.

You will assist in the development of electrical designs, prepare diagrams and layouts, and support HV/LV system work while gradually taking on more responsibility in a collaborative, multidisciplinary

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of electrical engineering experience (internships count).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Foundational knowledge of electrical power systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
• Assist in the development of electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Prepare one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation under senior supervision.
• Support the design and specification of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
• Assist with electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and grounding analyses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support integrated and constructible engineering solutions.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
• Apply applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications in day-to-day work.

We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to high-impact national and international projects. This role offers the opportunity to learn alongside experienced engineers, develop hands‑on technical skills, and build a career in power generation and infrastructure engineering.

Position Overview

As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will join our Electrical Engineering team and support the technical development, design, and execution of engineering projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will contribute to engineering deliverables while progressively taking on greater technical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
• Assist in the development of electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Prepare one‑line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation under senior supervision.
• Support the design and specification of medium‑ and high‑voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
