Adaptive Teams is seeking a senior electrical BIM/VDC professional to lead the technical side of a specialized recruiting service for U.S. electrical contractors.

This fully remote role starts as a paid four-week fractional project (10–20 hours/week) with potential to grow into an ongoing fractional or full-time leadership position. Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience.
• Strong electrical or MEP specialization.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience supporting US, Canadian, Australian or UK projects.
• Experience reviewing, training or managing BIM modelers.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Understanding the difference between design modeling and construction-ready coordination/detailing.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements for BIM modelers, senior coordinators and team leads.
• Train recruiters on BIM/VDC terminology and project types.
• Develop screening standards and interview questions.
• Design a practical Revit/Navisworks candidate assessment.
• Review portfolios and interview shortlisted candidates.
• Calibrate candidate quality via technical assessments.
• Help establish market-based compensation benchmarks.
• Identify candidates ready for client submissions.
• Create a scalable technical recruiting process.
