Maersk is seeking a WSA Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of construction projects across the WSA Area (Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Bolivia). You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, permits and construction execution to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.

Formación

• 10+ years of construction project management experience in logistics/depots.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• PMP, CAPM, LEED, OSHA, or similar certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the West Coast region.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across the WSA Area.
• Coordinate with landlords, GC, architects, engineers, vendors, and regulators.
• Develop scope, plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and trackers.
• Oversee safety, quality, and operational readiness.
• Manage permits and base-building systems coordination.
• Support procurement and vendor selection; oversee construction on site.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
