Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
• 10+ years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or project commercial roles in large-scale mining/energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the commercial team across the full contract lifecycle.
• Supervise tendering processes, ensuring timelines and governance requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to align tender and milestone outcomes with contractual terms.
• Review and validate documents such as RFQs, drafts, amendments, and close-out packages.
• Support Offshore Consultancy services and main EPC/EPCM agreements.
• Monitor compliance with procurement and contract schedules.
