Insight Global is partnering with a leading global fintech to hire a Senior Backend Software Engineer for a payments platform. You will design, build, and evolve highly scalable backend services supporting transactions, onboarding, settlement, and FX, collaborating with product, compliance, and operations teams.

Formación

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Experience with C#/.NET or Java/Go in production systems.
• Payments, fintech, FX, or money movement experience is a plus.
• Microservices, event-driven architecture, and system design experience.
• Cloud experience with AWS preferred.
• Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Strong communication and product-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for payments and platform functionality.
• Build and enhance onboarding, payments, settlement, FX, and financial operations.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver capabilities from concept to deployment.
• Develop integrations with external partners and third-party platforms.
• Drive reliability, monitoring, and production readiness within domains.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to modernization efforts.
• Leverage cloud infrastructure and SOA initiatives; use AI-assisted tooling.
