BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities in an AI-augmented environment, leveraging internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling. You will understand manufacturing workflows and drive features forward with minimal supervision.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS and Claude Code or AI-assisted development.

Senior Full Stack Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities within an AI-augmented environment, using internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of your daily workflow. You'll bring genuine business drive to understand manufacturing workflows, autonomously pushing projects forward without needing continuous supervision or ticket-by-ticket hand-holding. What You’ll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Background with AWS.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with MCP server integration.
• Manufacturing domain knowledge, including RFQs and purchase orders.
