BairesDev is seeking a Scrum Master (Security) to lead Scrum ceremonies and enable secure delivery across distributed teams. You will remove blockers, support velocity, and help priorities align with security objectives.

You will collaborate with security engineers and stakeholders while applying DevSecOps best practices in a remote, global environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong background in security.
• Familiarity with AppSec.
• Fluency in DevSecOps, vulnerability management, or cloud security domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades
