As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing workflows and designing optimized processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will refine backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and lead UAT to ensure readiness.

Formación

• 5+ years in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, or related role.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering and business process mapping.
• Strong experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and backlog refinement.
• Experience coordinating and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and map complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria within agile frameworks.
• Manage and align expectations across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure seamless change management.
• Partner with project teams to actively refine product backlogs and prioritize key deliverables.
• Coordinate and document end-to-end User Acceptance Testing processes to validate solution readiness.

Business Transformation Consultant at BairesDev

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing existing workflows and designing optimized future-state processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with execution plans, ensuring that organizational goals are met through structured methodologies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and map complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
