CONKORD in Chile seeks an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help deliver complex digital projects. You will partner with Product Owners, developers, and QA to keep sprints on track.

You will identify impediments, drive continuous improvement, and promote an agile mindset across cross-functional teams. The role offers a stable, global tech environment with a focus on innovation.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.
• Experience working with software development teams or technology projects.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team dynamics.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and team performance tracking.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an Agile mindset and contribute to the adoption of best practices across the organization.
• Facilitate retrospectives and help teams define actionable continuous improvement plans.
• Support teams in conflict resolution and the removal of blockers that may impact delivery.

Job Description
