Job summary

CONKORD is seeking a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in adopting best practices and ensuring successful sprint execution. You will collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and delivering high-quality digital projects within a global, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.
• Experience working with software development teams or technology projects.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team dynamics.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support teams in the effective adoption and application of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure effective sprint planning and execution.
• Identify impediments, risks, and dependencies, supporting their management and resolution.
• Promote team self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor sprint progress and support the tracking of Agile metrics and performance indicators.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business areas, and other stakeholders.
• Support Product Owners with Product Backlog management and refinement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, team dynamics, and ways of working.
• Promote an Agile mindset and contribute to the adoption of best practices across the organization.
• Facilitate retrospectives and help teams define actionable continuous improvement plans.
• Support teams in conflict resolution and the removal of blockers that may impact delivery.
