BairesDev is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Consultant to lead the implementation and migration of organizations to the next-generation ERP suite. You will redesign processes and ensure seamless data transitions to the S/4HANA platform.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, proficiency in SAP Fiori, and strong data-migration skills, plus advanced English. This position offers 100% remote work and compensation in USD or local currency as preferred.

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will lead the implementation and migration of organizations to the next-generation ERP suite. You will play a key role in transforming business operations by redesigning processes and ensuring seamless data transitions to the S/4HANA platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Lead complex data migration strategies from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Redesign and optimize business processes to leverage the advanced capabilities of the S/4HANA suite.
• Develop and configure intuitive user interfaces using SAP Fiori to enhance the user experience.
• Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA best practices, including system architecture and landscape transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with enterprise goals.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Consulting, ERP Implementation, or Business Process Redesign.
• Proven expertise in implementing and migrating organizations to SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori and designing modern user experiences within the SAP ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with complex data migration strategies and business process optimization.
• Strong background in architecting enterprise-grade SAP solutions and managing full-lifecycle deployments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
