Toptal is seeking a Project Operations Specialist to join the Talent Screening team. You will coordinate sourcing requests, maintain screening readiness, monitor performance metrics, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end screening moves smoothly in a fully remote environment. • Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-4+ years in operations, talent operations, project coordination, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills using operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear priorities and risks.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational tracking tools; dashboards and low-code tools are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sourcing requests from intake through launch.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and track dependencies.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers, documentation, and decision logs.
• Monitor screening readiness, capacity, funnel performance, and metrics; identify risks and improvements.
• Escalate operational risks with clear context and recommended actions.
• Support talent movement across services and onboarding by coordinating requirements.
• Coordinate screening path updates across operations, content, systems, and screeners.
• Perform data quality checks and maintain reliable reporting.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact for screening-related requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and new screening initiatives.
