BairesDev is seeking a SysAdmin to manage on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. You will maintain both Linux and Windows servers, develop automation scripts, and deploy monitoring to prevent bottlenecks.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in System Administration or DevOps Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration within on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing monitoring stacks such as Prometheus or ELK.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and system security hardening.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Administer and maintain a diverse server landscape across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop and implement automated scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Deploy and manage robust monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Configure and secure networking infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and data protection.
• Execute system hardening procedures to maintain a secure and compliant production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable infrastructure growth and hybrid integration.
