Atomic Hr is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to anchor the agency's Data and Analytics function. You will own the end-to-end data path from ad accounts and CRM through Adverity into a BigQuery warehouse, with modular dbt/Dataform transformations and Looker Studio dashboards.

You will work on scalable pipelines, CRM integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot), and reporting automation, ensuring data quality and timely insights for education and nonprofit partners. Remote role with async-friendly team.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing or agency environments.
• Strong SQL with BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling.
• Experience with dbt or Dataform and modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows experience (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse.
• Own CRM integration to move lead/enrollment data into warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery; design schemas and manage cost.
• Own transformation & mapping via dbt/Dataform with standardized metrics.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and data segregation across multi-client envs.
• Enable the reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets.
• Drive data quality and monitor pipeline health; validate data.
