BairesDev is seeking a Quant Developer to translate complex mathematical models into production-grade code for trading and financial systems, collaborating with quants and traders to deliver reliable analytics and execution infrastructure.

This fully remote role offers the chance to work with a global Top 1% talent, shape algorithmic trading architectures, and contribute to risk management frameworks while maintaining ultra-low latency deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering within finance.
• Strong backend skills in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with trading platforms, OMS, or market data systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of low-latency and compliance-aware design.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain high-performance trading platforms and data pipelines.
• Design systems to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
• Collaborate with quants to translate research into production code.
• Build tools supporting data analysis and live trading.
