BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (PyTorch) to design and optimize deep learning models and training pipelines for production-grade AI solutions. You will work remotely with a global team, implementing high-performance neural networks and collaborating with data scientists to translate research into production-ready software.

The role requires 4+ years in software/ML, PyTorch expertise, CUDA proficiency, and strong English.

Formación

• 4+ years in software/ML/data science roles.
• Proven PyTorch-based DL model development and training pipelines.
• Experience optimizing with CUDA and GPU acceleration.
• Hands-on with DL architectures and training best practices.
• Deep knowledge of PyTorch internals or custom extensions.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement deep learning architectures and training workflows using PyTorch.
• Optimize model performance and training efficiency by leveraging CUDA and GPU acceleration.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and refine complex model behaviors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay current with the PyTorch ecosystem to implement custom extensions or contribute to framework internals.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
