Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building and optimizing RAG systems, vector stores, and embedding pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and developing asynchronous APIs using FastAPI and SQLAlchemy.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM APIs in production and implementing MLOps practices.
• Experience mentoring teammates and aligning with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of scalable AI systems and data retrieval pipelines.
• Build robust APIs to expose AI capabilities to enterprise apps.
• Establish best practices for deploying and monitoring services in production.
