Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering, backend or leadership.
• Proficient in Python and designing robust APIs.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams.
• Strong backend architecture and system design knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of robust backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Provide technical direction across the full SDLC from discovery to production release.
• Establish and enforce engineering excellence through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members to foster growth.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose long-term architectural improvements.
