Job summary

Bettervits, a fast-growing group of nutrition brands operating across the UK and USA, is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to lead paid search across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms. You’ll drive profitable customer acquisition and scale multi-brand campaigns.

You’ll own strategy, optimise bidding, shopping feeds, and measurement using GA4 and GTM, with a track record of six- to seven-figure monthly spend, and a commercially minded approach to CAC, ROAS, and contribution

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience scaling Google Ads for established e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Experience with Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience managing six to seven figure monthly ad spend.
• Advanced understanding of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical capabilities with GA4 and GTM; knowledge of attribution and CAC/ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own PPC strategy and hands-on execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms with revenue and profitability accountability.
• Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube; optimise bids, targeting, and budgets.
• Maximise Shopping and Performance Max through Merchant Center management and product feed optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable spend via keyword expansion, competitor analysis, and new strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and development teams to improve landing pages, tracking, and acquisition efficiency.
• Analyse performance using ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and contribution margin; translate insights into actions.
